My Staying Healthy Resources
This blog is a collection of my personal resources that I use to stay as healthy as possible. I do not claim credit for them, nor do I guarantee their validity. It is up to the reader to pursue. I am not medically trained and I suggest that you talk with your doctor about how best to stay healthy. Use these resources at your own risk.

Great Site for Logging Your Personal or Team Bike Milage.
This is a great site. It is free. Even free membership has a ton of options. You can keep a running log of your miles, compare to other in your area, state, country, world, or team. There is a lot of other neat stuff for free.
